By providing personal data, the data subject grants express consent to the processing of such data for the above purposes. The data subject has the right to withdraw the given consent, insofar as the processing is based solely on the data subject's consent.

We guarantee that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data. The retention period of personal data with us is six months. Upon expiration of this period, the personal data will be automatically deleted from the system. Personal data processed for personnel management purposes will be retained for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements (including in the areas of accounting and social legislation). If we wish to continue to use the personal data after the expiration of the retention period, we will request permission to do so again.
